Do you love the smell of hot, buttery popcorn? The fizzy sound of a freshly-poured soda? The excitement of seeing a long-awaited film for the first time on the big screen? The best regional and touring musical acts? Then come join Ashland Theatre’s volunteer Docent team!

As a nonprofit organization, Ashland Theatre depends on help from our extraordinary volunteers to help keep our historic theatre running smoothly. Docents help run our box office, concessions and act as ushers and floor staff. Docents enjoy special theatre perks, like earning complimentary tickets and special event invitations.
